The Marketing Flyer
This was the primary promotional asset distributed across LinkedIn, Instagram, and SMS channels. Simple, bold, and built around two credible faces. The flyer did the heavy lifting before a single word of copy was read.
The Challenge
Pinky Cole has audience. Simply Built has conversion architecture. The challenge was merging both worlds into a single, high-performing event machine that didn't just collect signups. It qualified, routed, and activated every Builder who showed up.
Pinky's audience lived across Instagram, LinkedIn, email, and SMS. There was no unified entry point to capture cross-platform interest into one qualified list.
Most co-hosted events generate a spike in registrations but no sustained follow-through. Without a structured sequence, momentum dies within 48 hours.
High registration counts mean nothing without qualification. The goal was to identify which Builders were ready to move, not just who clicked "register."
The Strategy
LinkedIn was identified as the highest-intent channel in Pinky's ecosystem, accounting for 39% of all registrants. A dedicated contractor managing LinkedIn content and engagement ensured consistent presence without pulling leadership away from high-value work. Content was engineered to drive RSVPs, not just awareness.
ManyChat keyword automation was deployed across Pinky's Instagram so that any comment or DM with a trigger word instantly routed the user to the registration funnel. This eliminated the friction of "go click the link in bio" and captured leads at the moment of highest intent, inside the conversation.
An SMS broadcast campaign was executed through Textedly (registered under Lexore Spark), targeting warm contacts with event reminders, urgency nudges, and day-of confirmation messages. SMS outperformed email open rates and served as the critical channel for show-up rate optimization.
After registration, Builders were routed through a qualification form that identified their stage (running, scaling, or preparing to sell), their revenue range, and their readiness for an offer. This turned a raw list of 1,003 into a tiered pipeline, with hot leads surfaced immediately for follow-up.
A five-email sequence written in "The Pinky Effect Team" brand voice was deployed post-event to nurture, overcome objections, and convert. Pricing was anchored to the Simply Built Conversion Engine's $36K value. A 24-hour urgency window closed the sequence and drove final conversions. Each email served a distinct psychological role: celebrate, educate, confront objection, anchor price, close.
Rather than letting post-event energy dissipate, attendees were driven directly into The Pinky Effect Skool community. Pinky's existing community became the natural next step for engaged attendees, giving the funnel a clear destination and keeping her audience activated long after the event ended.
